Q: Do you offer any guarantee on my purchase?
A: We have 30-day money back guarantee for you. If you are not satisfied with our products, within the grace period of 30 days, you can request a full refund at any time, and we will approve no later than the next business day.

Q: Will be personal information and credit card information be safe if I order online?
A: Your credit card information needs to be provided to our reseller share*it through their secured order form (128-bit encryption), and it's a secure transaction process. Your personal information will be stored in our client database, and we will never leak the information to any 3rd party.

Q: What shall I receive after purchase?
A: You will receive the download link to the full version software via email immediately after your purchase. And you will also get the free upgrade ticket that entitles your access to the future versions of your purchased software .

Q: Do I need to uninstall MaplePDF Pro before upgrading to MaplePDF Pro Plus?
A: No. There is no need to uninstall the Pro version before installing MaplePDF Pro Plus.

Q: I downloaded and installed a trial version of MaplePDF Pro. I wonder if I need to uninstall the trial version before installing the full version?
A: No. The full version of MaplePDF Pro can overwrite the trial version. This means that the trial version’s files will be replaced by the full version’s files.

Q: Can I use MaplePDF Pro on both my desktop and portable computer?
A: If you purchase a single-user license for the full version of MaplePDF Pro, you can use the software on ONLY one computer that you own. If the software is used on more than one computer, you should purchase additional license(s).

Q: If I upgrade from MaplePDF Pro to MaplePDF Pro Plus, can I get a discount?
A: We don't have a discount for any MaplePDF Pro user.

Q: What is your upgrade policy?
A: 5-Year Free Upgrade.

Q: Which product works on Microsoft Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022?
A: All MagicPDF series products work on Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022.

Q: How to append to an existing PDF file?
A: This feature is available in both the Pro and Pro Plus version.

Q: Our team and company are interested in MaplePDF Pro, and would like to purchase. If we have a corporate office with around 200 users then a sales staff of about 30 that travels across the nation. Could we just buy one site license?
A: Sure. You can purchase one site license that allows both your users in corporate office and mobile users across the nation to use MaplePDF Pro. The site licenses is licensed on a per company basis regardless of the number of users, the number of actual locations.
